Kombucha is fermented tea, made from 4 simple ingredients, tea, sugar, water and a scoby! A scoby is a Symbiotic Culture Of Bacteria and Yeast. Our kombucha is alive, raw, unpasteurised, unfiltered, naturally fizzy, low in sugar, caffeine and calories. We also use filtered water from Royal Deeside, Fairtrade sugar and ethically sourced teas. Our Kombucha is vegan and gluten free.
